Virtual Rider Fitness & Pilates in your own home!

Nikki & Hannah have teamed up and are providing an online solution for riders who are unable to attend their regular classes due to Covid-19. Classes are designed and led by 2 highly specialised physiotherapists with over 20 years of experience between them. Both physios work regularly with all levels of rider from weekend hackers to Olympic Gold Medalists! 


What we can offer you!

Rider specific Pilates and fitness classes in the comfort of your home with the expertise of 2 highly specialised physiotherapists! We have different packages to suit everyone and have tried to keep the cost down to an absolute minimum to ensure everyone can access fitness material during Covid-19. 

Virtual Pilates Classes

We are offering a 3-week and 6-week RideFit Pilates course allowing you to choose the right option for you.

RideFit Pilates brings together the best tailored and adapted exercises specifically for riders. It focuses on developing your strength, suppleness and core reactiveness bringing out the best in you as a rider.

As part of each course, you will receive  2 x 30minute Pilates classes led by either Hannah or Nikki each week.

Virtual Pilates & Fitness classes

RideFit Pilates & Fitness classes include the RideFit Pilates classes with an added 30min class each week of rider fitness. 

RideFit Fitness classes will include strength and cardio-based exercises to develop your functional strength and endurance. 

We are offering 3 week and 6-week course options.

Both classes will be led by either Hannah or Nikki.

Each course gives you 2 x 30minute RideFit pilates and 1 x 30minute RideFit fitness class.
